By shuttle minibus

At the airport, you may also take the minibus. The fixed price for the Airport Minibus Service is about 15 EUR (return ticket is 20 EUR), which will take you to any destination in Budapest and also pick you up at your hotel for your return flight.

Public transportation

Public transportation between the airport and the hotels/congress venue is less expensive (3 Euro for a one-way trip) but also less convenient, with at least 3 transfers.

Getting to the hotel by rented car after arrival to Budapest international airport

Take Ferihegy Freeway and Üllői Road to Kálvin Square. Turn right and drive along straight towards 'centrum', all lights straight until the sign for the Chain Bridge on Erzsébet tér. That will lead you to the Roosevelt Square (circular way towards the bridge). Take inner lane and follow signs to the hotel into the street between two hotels.
